TJ was amazing! Clear instructions and even offered to ride the minis with my son…granted that he went with his nephew but still…great customer service! TJ had a great attitude.

It was another great experience, Millicent at the front door was absolutely amazing to work with and did a great job with a long line and stressed people. Then the guys on the track were helpful and patient. Joe at the bar was helpful and went the extra mile for our family.

TJ was awesome. He’s add to the fun and definitely adds to us coming back! Thanks TJ!

We came for the go-karts, but were blown away by the huge variety of other games available. It's a perfect place to spend a couple of hours having fun with all the options.

Our visit to High Caliber about a month ago was a group of 13, it was a surpise 30th birthday party and supposed to be a fun evening of celebrating a birthday together. It didn't quite go that way and was disappointing for all involved. Although, the owners of High Caliber Karting and Entertainment Center personally reached out to hear our concerns. They took the time to listen, reviewed videos from our visit, and truly understood that our group had been treated poorly during our experience.

This past Saturday, they invited our entire group back and hosted a belated birthday celebration for us — and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. From the moment we arrived, the difference was night and day. We were treated exceptionally well, the experience was organized, fun and exactly what we had originally hoped for.

It was very clear that ownership and management genuinely wanted a second chance to make things right, and not only did they ask for that opportunity — they followed through in a big way. Everyone in our group had a fantastic time, and the effort they put into making this a positive experience did not go unnoticed.

Kudos to the ownership and management team for taking accountability, valuing their customers, and going above and beyond to turn a negative experience into an awesome one. That level of care and follow-through deserves recognition!

If you need a good adrenaline boost, these go-karts are the perfect idea! Been here several times thanks to the highly recommended membership (More than worth its value). The hospitality shown by Zack today was next level.

Thursday trivia nights are soo much fun! The karts are electric, and therefore the indoor track is heated! 2 tracks for all your racing fun, and something they combine both tracks to make the "MEGA" tracks! Check them out, they have so much to offer! Are Throwing, Fowling, Rage Room, Arcade games, Nerf Battle Arena, Go-Karts and a bar and kitchen! Our favorite place for a weeknight or weekend getaway!

It's fun, instructions were clear. We found it a bit short for the price.

We truly were treated to a 5 star experience. Jackie did an amazing job party planning for us and Colin was a total rock star concierge! The bartenders were also very awesome and everyone was beyond professional and friendly. I would recommend any gathering, party etc. to be had here, You will be well taken care of. I was impressed.
