The go karts there are so very fast and fun. This location is inside a large mall which was a pleasant surprise! Prices are overpriced but worth a celebration! We went there for my birthday and had a blast with practically the whole place to ourselves!

What a fun place. We brought the family and honestly laughed like we were kids again. Great staff! They are all having such a good time and were so helpful. From the minute we walked in, everyone was so happy and proud to be there. I asked, what’s good on the menu, and got, “everything on the menu is great.” I only caught a few names: Cameron, Daniel, Sadie, Justin… thank you! And to the rest of staff… thank you. Worth every penny. Buy day passes, stay the whole day, and try both the kart tracks, tons of fun.

TJ was amazing! Clear instructions and even offered to ride the minis with my son…granted that he went with his nephew but still…great customer service! TJ had a great attitude.

Dylan and Jamison were hype as all hell! Great experience and great people! Would recommend 10 outta 10!

As far as family/adult entertainment establishments goes, high caliber is the gold standard. From getting us the right package for what we wanted, changes on the fly, and smiles and friendliness all around, the staff at High Caliber is what makes this place shine.

Major shout out to Daniel in the assault arena for his insight and helpfulness. Our family felt like we had the run of the place.

We came for the go-karts, but were blown away by the huge variety of other games available. It's a perfect place to spend a couple of hours having fun with all the options.

Sadie took great care of us while we were I. And Zach made an awesome pizza… we will definitely be back!!

We took our 5 year old there to ride the go karts, and Aiden was absolutely phenomenal with him. My son is very shy and usually doesn’t like interacting with people he doesn’t know, even some of our own family members. But he actually asked Aiden if he could ride the go kart with him and was talking to him the whole time.
It meant so much to see him feel that comfortable and excited. We will definitely be back and will absolutely be asking for Aiden again!

We had such a great time for family fun night. Daniel was so helpful in showing us the ropes. By the end he help out so much that the guessing game on what to do next and where to go. We will be coming back for sure.

If you need a good adrenaline boost, these go-karts are the perfect idea! Been here several times thanks to the highly recommended membership (More than worth its value). The hospitality shown by Zack today was next level.

We truly were treated to a 5 star experience. Jackie did an amazing job party planning for us and Colin was a total rock star concierge! The bartenders were also very awesome and everyone was beyond professional and friendly. I would recommend any gathering, party etc. to be had here, You will be well taken care of. I was impressed.

Thursday trivia nights are soo much fun! The karts are electric, and therefore the indoor track is heated! 2 tracks for all your racing fun, and something they combine both tracks to make the "MEGA" tracks! Check them out, they have so much to offer! Are Throwing, Fowling, Rage Room, Arcade games, Nerf Battle Arena, Go-Karts and a bar and kitchen! Our favorite place for a weeknight or weekend getaway!

This Marg pizza was one of the best I've ever had. Zack cooked it and Sadie our bartender chatted with us while we waited. So worth it

Our visit to High Caliber about a month ago was a group of 13, it was a surpise 30th birthday party and supposed to be a fun evening of celebrating a birthday together. It didn't quite go that way and was disappointing for all involved. Although, the owners of High Caliber Karting and Entertainment Center personally reached out to hear our concerns. They took the time to listen, reviewed videos from our visit, and truly understood that our group had been treated poorly during our experience.

This past Saturday, they invited our entire group back and hosted a belated birthday celebration for us — and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. From the moment we arrived, the difference was night and day. We were treated exceptionally well, the experience was organized, fun and exactly what we had originally hoped for.

It was very clear that ownership and management genuinely wanted a second chance to make things right, and not only did they ask for that opportunity — they followed through in a big way. Everyone in our group had a fantastic time, and the effort they put into making this a positive experience did not go unnoticed.

Kudos to the ownership and management team for taking accountability, valuing their customers, and going above and beyond to turn a negative experience into an awesome one. That level of care and follow-through deserves recognition!
