Terms & Conditions for Online Birthday Party Bookings

Cancellations:
High Caliber Karting & Entertainment reserves the right to cancel or modify any scheduled offerings for reasons including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, insufficient reservations, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen events. High Caliber accepts no responsibility for any loss or additional expenses arising from such changes, delays, or cancellations of services and activities. However, every effort will be made to prevent these occurrences. If a cancellation occurs after payment has been received, a refund will be issued as promptly as possible, and notification will be provided prior to the scheduled offering. Cancellations initiated by the host within 14 days of the party date will result in the forfeiture of any refund.

Decorating Restrictions:
To maintain safety and cleanliness, all decorations must be pre-approved by the event coordinator. The following items are strictly prohibited: glitter, confetti, rice, flower petals, bubbles, or similar decorations that may pose hazards or complicate cleanup. Candles must be tea-light, enclosed candles, and prior approval is required to ensure compliance with fire suppression and safety standards. Decorations must be removed before the conclusion of the event. Non-compliance will result in a minimum cleaning fee of $250. Additionally, homemade desserts are prohibited within the venue due to Health Department regulations. Store-bought desserts are permitted. Homemade desserts brought onto the premises will be required to be removed immediately.

Final Guest Count:
The final guest count must be provided no later than three (3) business days prior to the event date. High Caliber will make reasonable efforts to accommodate late additions; however, significant discrepancies may pose logistical challenges. No invoice adjustments will be made for no-shows on the day of the event. While efforts will be made to accommodate additional guests, no guarantees are provided. To ensure the event’s success, adherence to the provided itinerary is required. Any deviations from the itinerary are at the sole risk of the host and their guests.

Liability Waivers:
A list of participating guests, including their first and last names, must be submitted via email prior to the event. Phone numbers may also be requested for verification purposes, particularly for individuals with common names in the database. All participating guests must complete their liability waivers in advance using the following link: https://hckmichigan.clubspeedtiming.com/cs-registration/. Guests without completed liability waivers will not be eligible to participate in activities. Timely submission of waivers is essential for the assignment of memberships, activity credits, and scheduling.
